You can’t even think about your life without pure water. You can live without food, you can live with hunger of foods but it is impossible live with thirst.
Water is the blessings of god. He has given us so many things in this worlds for us. Among all water is the best elements. That is why another name of water is life. But due to any reasons the water is being polluted. We are polluting water causing health hazards for ourself. This impure water will have negetive effect on our health in a great deal.
In our body 70% of contains water. Water is the main element of any kinds of chemical reaction in our body, so its playing major role for various important reaction in our body. Our body temperature and flow of blood are controlled by the water. Also water helps to removes unexpected waste and harmful toxins from our body. Water save our spinal cords and others important joint from any kinds of shock and damage.
Pure water for lovely skin:
Everyday we are using tap water for our skin but this is sometime very harmful for your skin because we have to know tap water contains many kinds of bacteria which can damage your skin instead of cleaning. Experties says that tap water and heavy water can surely damage your skin and if you use it regularly then your skin become red. Because heavy or tap water contains chlorine and metals but filtered water does not have such kinds of harmful element. We can definitely say that filtered water is much better than tap and others heavy water.
So, pure water can make your skin lovely, soft and attractive.
Water for prevent fever:
We all know that fever is not a diseases. Actually it is the signal of another problem of our body. If you fall in a road accident and your hand is damage then within 4/5 hours you will suffer of fever. So, now we clear that fever is the signal or alert for any problematic part of our body. If you suffer of fever then instantly or slowly your body temperature will increase.
The most important point is here, if temperature increase then it will use more fluids of body as a result a problem will raise and its called dehydration. So, in this time need to drink pure water. Doctors always recommand that every person should drink 8 glasses of water everyday.
